Commission T&Cs

Before requesting a commission, please read through the below terms and conditions.

I ACCEPT:

- Pet Portraits

- Animal Drawings

- Tattoo Designs.

PAYMENT:

- I accept Paypal only.

- All prices are in GBP. 

- Payment must be sent upfront and IN FULL via Goods and Services on Paypal for your comfort and protection.

- All of my prices INCLUDE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING! 

- I don't offer refunds at any point of the commission. I will discuss my progress with you and will make REASONABLE adjustments.

TIME:

- Your commission will take up to two weeks to complete, but depending on workload it may take longer. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

UPON COMPLETION

Traditional pieces: Your commission will be wrapped and posted to you.

Digital pieces: A full size .png file will be emailed to you.

ACCEPTING COMMISSIONS IS AT MY DISCRETION. I reserve right to accept or reject any commissions that I deem necessary. I will always give a reason for refusing a commission.

PROCESS OF COMMISSIONS

1. "Commissions Open" is present on the top of my Commission Prices page.

2. Come and have a chat! Contact me via my Instagram DMs only - WIx contact function wasn't working correctly for me. I always love hearing from you, especially if you have a story to tell about the commission you are requesting.

3. Fill out the below template with the commission information and put it in the instagram DM once you have made your initial contact with me.

4. I will get back to you with confirmation of your commission, price and I will send a Paypal Invoice to the email address that you supply.

5. I will get to work on your commission at the next available opportunity and will advise you if there is a queue or if there is a wait before I can start.

6. I will do my best to keep you updated on my progress. Once I complete the piece, I will send you a photo of it. For tattoo packages, I will send you photos of each design to work on the best final piece.

7. Once satisfied, you can send me the address to post the commission to.

8. I will go to the post office at the next available opportunity.
